**Project Manager**

The Project Manager is an integral member of the project team responsible for representing the project owner ensuring the delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. Senior Project Managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Senior Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- High standard of Conflict and Negotiation skills
- Multitasking with ability to navigate changing priorities.
- Ability to project drawings.
- Knowledge of building code

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Representing building owner’s interests to ensure successful delivery of building to meet leasing demands.
- Liaise between owner and General Contractor (GC)
- Communicate all owner / tenant requirements to GC.
- Experience with projects anywhere between 1 - 30 million
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Prepare budget based on Scope of work.
- Manage contracts with General Contractor.
- Attend client and site meetings, determination of project requirements.
- Drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules
- Prepare project organization and communication charts.
- Ensure client/site meeting minutes are taken and distributed to all project team members.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades/GC.
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the GC. and project team
- Ensure owner’s needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Review field inspection reports from consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Oversee each project, providing owner’s direction to the project.
- Review Contractor quotes to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval along with GC.
- Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database.
- Ensure substantial completion certificates and all required projects close out documents are provided from GC.
- Measure project performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
