Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the facility
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action
- Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal activities and provide a sense of security
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any incidents or disturbances
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist with investigations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures is beneficial
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail are essential for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
