Payroll Assisstant

Exact Industrial is a fast-growing multi trade industrial contractor located in Cambridge. We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our team.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Reliable transportation (no bus routes available)
- Available full time Monday to Friday
- Must be able to currently work in Canada
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must)
- Experience with submissions for EHT, Source Deductions, WSIB and Union Dues would be preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Tasks
- Prepare timesheets for approval
- Data entry into Excel and Job Costing software
- Prepare and forward paystubs to employees
- Prepare weekly payroll reports
- Assist with payroll and employee enquiries
- Setup new employees
- Assist with the preparation of EHT, Source Deduction, WSIB and Dues submissions
- Issue ROE’s
- Assist with T4’s
- Provide support to other office employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
