- Lead the Appleby Fund program by developing segmented appeals in collaboration with the Director of Development to solicit the greater Appleby community
- Support the annual campaign of the Appleby Fund, including, but not limited to, Alumni Reunion Giving, Fall Appleby Fund, Giving Tuesday Appleby Fund Campaign, Winter Appleby Fund Holiday Message, Web Registration Appeal, Spring Appleby Fund Appeal, Grad Class Gift, and Grad Family Gift
- Manage the annual campaign project planning and execution, including tracking results, analyzing data, and reporting on progress and opportunities
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team on the creation of Appleby Fund messaging and annual campaign workflow
- Liaise with Business Office to ensure gift processing, thank-you, and reporting processes for the Appleby Fund are input accurately and maintained
- Track all gifts and coordinate appropriate acknowledgment to accompany all tax receipt while updating Raiser’s Edge to capture gift acknowledgment and tax receipts
- Identify annual donors with capacity for major/leadership gifts and work with colleagues to develop customized moves management strategies to increase support
- Coordinate volunteers to cultivate and solicit donors as part of the broader Appleby fund strategy (e.g., Graduating Families/Employees/Board/Leadership Team/Alumni)
- Manage the student philanthropy club, Kids 4 Kids, following the academic curriculum
- Provide event support for development events
- Assist in ensuring compliance with fundraising policies and processes
- Update the Appleby Fund report for Advancement Committee meetings
- Manage department office supplies

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of communication principles and practices
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow through with mínimal direction.
- Proven technical skills with respect to client relationship management systems
- Proven ability to manage multi-phase projects from inception to completion, including the ability to build consensus among team members and balance multiple concurrent priorities
- Knowledge and experience with Raiser’s Edge an asset
