Livelink Consultant

**Summary**

The Canadian Space Agency is seeking a Livelink Consultant - System Administrator who will work with the digital solutions and information management team and will be required to perform support functions to facilitate document and data management.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing and maintaining physical and virtual infrastructure components
- Routine backups, archiving and retrieval
- Configuring, moving, and connecting all equipment to their designated networks, and updated applicable drawings under configuration control
- Access control / User account administration
- Information disposal process (archiving and destruction for the entire life cycle)
- Prepares patch installation and release change procedures
- Conducts functional and technical tests on the various modules
- If necessary, opens tickets in OpenText, ensures follow-up and problem resolution
- Configuration and upgrades of various Content Server modules

**Mandatories**
- Five (5) years’ experience in the architecture and administration of Content Server as GC Doc; Livelink; SharePoint etc.
- Five (5) years’ experience in business process development and system configuration with Records Management module
- Must hold experience with Livereport and Webreports
- Must hold experience with ECM Module
- Must hold experience with Content Server 16 Smart UI
- Must hold a Reliability Clearance

**Assets**
- Experience in giving technical training on Content Server administration
- Experience with Content Server Workflow

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$100.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
