We are looking for a **Talent Coordinator** to work with our **People & Culture** Department to help us continue in our mission to serve our community with Kindness, Passion, Courage, and Teamwork.

**Position Responsibilities**:
As the Talent Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Talent, and Organizational Development, you will be responsible to support the recruitment and onboarding processes at Headwaters Health Care Centre.
- Schedule interviews, book interview rooms, and conduct testing
- Conduct telephone screens
- Manage reference process with the third party provider
- Create/update interview guides and prepare interview packages
- Assist with maintaining the electronic files for Recruitment
- Assist in developing and delivering recruitment initiatives including but not limited to job fairs, student recruitment initiatives, etc.
- Run seniority reports to assist with internal transfers
- Provide administrative support to the department as required
- Creating and maintaining reports
- Assist with Hospital General Orientation as needed
- Build and maintaining positive, trusting relationships cross-functionally within the organization
- All employees of Headwaters Health Care Centre (HHCC) are responsible to contribute to a transparent culture of patient and staff safety by adhering to and abiding by patient and staff safety policies and procedures set by HHCC.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a two-year post-secondary program required (community college diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum of three (3) year of related experience in an Administrative and/or Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and communicate effectively and be courteous at all times.
- Highly resourceful, solution-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer and administrative skills including report writing and proficiency in with MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, and teamwork
- Flexibility and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with solid planning skills and use of good judgment
- Ability to prioritize time, work, and projects efficiently, working well under pressure and with mínimal supervision
- Experience and oversight of digital marketing strategy and tactics as they relate to recruitment
- Available to work occasional evenings or weekends at special events and meetings

**Hours of Work**:37.5 hours per week, 8:00am-4:00pm**Hiring Salary Range**:Compensation is commensurate with experience- Entitled to HOOPP Pension
