- ménagère ou ménager exécute les tâches qui lui sont assignées conformément aux horaires de travail, aux politiques et procédures établies et aux procédures de travail sécuritaires. Le ou la titulaire est responsable du maintien d'un environnement sûr, propre et esthétique pour les patients/résidents, les familles, les visiteurs et les employés. Un service courtois est une composante essentielle de ce poste. L’aide-ménager ou ménagère exerce ses fonctions en conformité avec la mission, la vision et les valeurs de l'Office régional de la santé d'Entre-les-Lacs et de l'Est et les soutient.

**Qualification**:

- Au moins une dixième année d'études est nécessaire.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais oral et écrit.
- Expérience dans le domaine des soins de santé ou du nettoyage institutionnel.
- Doit faire preuve de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Capacité à exécuter les aspects mentaux et physiques du poste.
- Compte tenu de la diversité culturelle de notre région, la capacité de communiquer dans plus d’une langue sera un atout.
- La maîtrise des deux langues officielles est essentielle pour les postes cibles et les postes désignés bilingues.
