Montréal, Canada Epicure Market Full time

Responsibilities: Debone, cut, and package poultry and prepare it for sale - Fill counters with products (meat, poultry and other department products) -Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and perform product rotation - Respect the work methods and rules of the meat department - Make sure merchandise receiving follows cold chain procedures - Keep all work tools, work stations, counters, shelves and refrigerators clean - Clean the bottom of refrigerators and freezers
- Follow personal safety and food safety standards - Perform any other task required by supervisor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required
- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- meat cutting: 1 year (preferred)
- Butchers & Meat Cutters: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
