**Position**: Registered Practical Nurse
- Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians
- Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs
- Assist clients in all daily activities such as but not limited to personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care

**Effective Date**:Immediately

**_ We are seeking RPNs to provide 1 to 1 care in the Client’s Home. We are seeking RPNs with availability and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends _**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must be licensed and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Community home care experience is preferred
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required
- RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred.
