Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales leads to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and homeowners to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Alupin WindowsProvide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategies for increasing market share and improving customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track progress and measure performance.**Qualifications**:

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and experience selling windows or building materials is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
