Associate Dentist

Island Roots Dental in Campbell River, BC is seeking a permanent full-time associate dentist We provide a full range of dental services ranging from simple restorations to implant restorations, surgical extractions, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Locum dentist are welcome to apply

Our office is 3 years old and utilizes the latest in dental technologies. We are outfitted with new Adec chairs, digital xray sensors, intraoral digital scanners, and a CBCT panoramic xray machine. We are a growing practice with over 3,000 active patients, and approximately 40-50 new patients each month.

We have 6 operatories, with 2 full-time hygienists, 2 dentists, 3 certified dental assistants, and 2 administrative staff. All of our long term staff have years of experience and are there to support each other.

**Schedule**:

- 4 days a week, with most days 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 1 evening per week until 6:00pm, with a later start time
- 1 Saturday per month

**What We Are Offering**:

- Signing bonus
- 40% of net collections
- Compensated for all hygiene checks and radiograph reviews
- Ability to dictate your own schedule. You will be in control of how long you would like to book for each procedure, and breaks. We have no production goals; we simply want you to produce the best work you can at a pace that you are comfortable with. We only ask that you treat each patient as you would a family member

Pay: $125,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
