**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:

- Create meaningful interactions with our clients by introducing yourself and clarifying our menu input process
- Review all raw menu data as provided by client and create a plan for menu item input
- Contact client to answer questions and gather appropriate information to complete menu setups
- Input client menu data creating categories, menu items, promotions, and discounts etc.
- Be the first point of contact with clients for site problem resolution and seek assistance from the Menu Team Lead if it is not solvable on the individual level
- Provide recommendations to improve our processes and the client experience
- Deliver a positive can-do mentality in a professional environment

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Completed Post-Secondary education
- Strong aptitude for navigating technology and learning new systems
- Excellent communication skills - both in written and verbal correspondence
- Good telephone etiquette
- Core commitment to client satisfaction and the ability to problem solve, think flexibly, focus on desired results, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
- Previous experience working with Point-of-Sale systems is highly preferred
- Experience in a Food/Beverage or Hospitality environment is an asset
- Ideally, you've held a position in the food service industry as a quick service cashier, team lead or manager
