Manager - Liquid Fertilizer Facility

Reporting to the Manager of Wholesale & Logistics, the Location Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and logistics of our high-end liquid fertilizer facility.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Transfer of liquid fertilizer incoming and outgoing along with regular general maintenance of transfer pumps
- Work with all areas of the business to ensure positive customer experience
- Coordinate incoming and out going loads with retail locations and custom app division
- Maintenance of location including ensuring the yard and equipment is up to The Rack standards
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed
- Ensure inventory is tracked appropriately and entered into accounting system as per company procedures
- Differentiate yourself and the company to increase sales and market share where possible
- Build client loyalty by providing sound solutions that meet customer needs, maximizing our customer productivity and efficiency
- Unloading rail cars in accordance with procedures set forth by the Company

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous work within the agriculture field would be an asset
- Knowledge of liquid transfer pumps would be an asset
- Mechanically inclined
- Self-directed, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must in or near Wilkie Saskatchewan
