**Job Summary**: Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of all office, plant and skilled trades positions within Hydroform Solutions & Hydroform Coatings. Conduct on-boarding training, update training on training database. Issuance of performance evaluation form on a bi-yearly basis, track and update our performance management system for timely completion.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- University degree and/or College Diploma majoring in Human Resources Management program with completion and/or in the process of obtaining CHRP Certification
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in technical, non-technical, plant hourly and Supervisory positions within a manufacturing industry
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English Communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong Coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and speaking skill
- Excellent record keeping and time management skill
- Good working Knowledge of Human Resources best practices, Human Rights Code, Occupational Health & Safety Act and applicable laws

- Ensure that all duties and tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and at no time is the employee and co-workers placed in an unsafe condition

**Essential Functions**:
**Recruitment**:

- Issuance of new hire documentation as per Company policy and ensuring all approvals are obtained prior to start date

**Training and Records Keeping**:

- Responsible for all on-boarding training process including set up of new employee's files with all required documents related to payroll, benefits, legal and evidence of qualifications (e.g. skilled trades license, FL license and Welder license, etc.)
- Conduct policies and procedural training related to Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, Production and Quality systems via our MOM training
- Follow up with TMs and Supervisors for on-the-job training of all new hires, also when a TM's position is changed either within the same Department and/or to different department due to promotions to capture the associated required training based on new position requirements. e.g from an Operator to a FL driver, hence, Coordinate with our HR Generalist of new and additional certification that may be required for the new role.

**General and Other Duties**:

- Update vacation, floaters and time off request for all hourly and salaried Team Members
- Issuance of bi-yearly performance evaluation form for all hourly employees and within the three months probationary period for all new hires (if it is not coincide with our bi-yearly review time period). Follow up with all affected department Supervisors/Managers for timely completion. Track and update performance evaluation status in HR system. Report out the status of completion to the HR Manager on a monthly basis
- Backup support for Quality Coordinator on environmental aspect of the tasks to meet ISO 14001:2015 requirements
