**What You’ll Be Doing**

Every day from 8:30 to 4:30 will experience new and exciting opportunities to learn and grow. Below are a few of the regular tasks you can expect to work on:

- Proactively source and build diverse talent pipelines through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks;
- Collaborate with recruiters and build external working relationships;
- Stay up to date on industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve our talent acquisition strategy;
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process;
- Monitor and report on quarterly recruitment metrics and key performance indicators;
- Coordinate with the Training Specialist and People and Culture team to participate in the onboarding lifecycle of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the onboarding process; and
- Assist with other recruitment and general HR projects as needed.

**How You’ll Be a Great Fit For This Role**
- Graduate of an accredited Human Resources or Business program or relevant experience;
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or Recruiter, working in the legal industry an asset;
- Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices for recruitment and selection;
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe;
- Experience working in an HRIS platform such as BambooHR;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and, attention to detail;
- The ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities;
- A client-centered approach with the commitment to providing outstanding service;
- Dedicated to providing service beyond expectations; and
- The ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and adapt to changing demands.
