Spandan Arts Dance Academy is a small business in Burnaby, BC. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Founded in 2018, Spandan Arts Dance Academy is a professional dance school in Metro Vancouver. Our main courses are for adults and kids. SADA provides platform and resources for students’ development. We also perform on different stage shows and concerts from time to time. SADA also develops its own teaching curriculum. We are now recruiting dance instructors teachers to join us for

**Requirement**:

- Good experience of dance teaching
- Knowledge of Hip-pop, Jazz dance, Bollywood, Workout/ Zumba, Indian Dance Forms like Bharatanatyam or Kathak
- Dance choreography ability
- Teaching experience : 1-2 year minimum preferred to teach adults or kids (from 3 years - 16 years)
- Ability to motivate others
- Enthusiasm about music
- Ability to teach in group settings is an asset

**Locations**:
Burnaby or Surrey

Part time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

**Salary**: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff safe, we require staff to wear face coverings, have temperature checks at start of shift and practice regular hand washing.

Schedule:

- Once or Twice a week depending on classes
- Day / Evening shift

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Supplemental pay types:
