As an Actuarial Consultant on the Corporate Actuarial team, you will be a key player in supporting our automated reserving initiatives. You will work collaboratively with actuarial teams and business partners to support actuarial and data science projects.

**How you will create impact**:

- Contributing to regulatory and strategic analyses using actuarial models, various data sources and programming languages.
- Supporting the Financial Condition Testing (FCT), Own Risk Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and other capital modeling initiatives using specialized softwares and various data sources.
- Analyzing the needs of business partners to identify innovative solutions for complex challenges and clearly articulating actuarial concepts to key staekholders.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to facilitate their development and fostering a team environment focused on collaboration and innovation.
- Leading and executing medium to large sized projects by defining a project plan, promoting team involvement and increasing efficiency as a team.

**To join our team**:

- You have a post-secondary degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or related discipline.
- You have 6-9 years of experience in the actuarial or data science field.
- You have experience supporting Actuarial projects and/or completing reserve analysis and reporting.
- You have strong knowledge of modeling softwares and programming languages (R, Python, SCALA, SQL).
- Having or working towards the ACAS or FCAS designation(s) is an asset.
