**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the product selection process.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Process transactions accurately using computerized point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management by confirming correct products are being handed out.
- Educate customers on responsible cannabis use and compliance with local regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
