AWS Cloud Engineer

**Description**:
**Key responsibilities**:
Participate in the technical design of the solution components optimized for integration with AWS managed services
Provide hands-on prototypes and implementations incorporating cloud engineering best practices
Provide input into migration planning for future mode of operation cloud model design
Assist in the architecture design for hybrid cloud infrastructures centered around AWS (network, server, storage, security, and management software topologies)

**Qualifications**:
Knowledge of cloud computing delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and deployment models related to public, private, and hybrid cloud services
3+ years relevant experience of end-to-end cloud migration and transformation and solutions design and engineering
Strong automation development skills with demonstrated proficiency in one or more automation languages (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)

**Deep understanding of cloud component architecture**: microservices, containers, IaaS, storage, security
AWS Associate/Professional certification
Good oral and written English skills
Ability to work on-site at client location

**Nice-to-have**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Experience and knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
Telco experience
Consulting experience
