_We are currently a _**Retail Receiving and Customer Service Coordinator **_to join our team at Bella & Wren in Fort Langley Bella & Wren is a boutique fashion retail store. The products this role would be working with include women's clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty products and home decor. _
- **Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:_
- Receiving_
- Receiving incoming shipments, checking boxes for damage and missing items
- Unpacking orders and preparing items for the sales floor by hanging and steaming
- Creating and printing tags for new products, tagging orders
- Keeping backroom and back stock impeccably clean and organized
- Monitoring inventory, completing periodic cycle counts, and year end inventory
- Editing product photos with Photoshop to ensure they are cohesive with Bella & Wren’s esthetic, for use on our website
- Inputting new products to Shopify, utilizing knowledge of SEO principals
- Online Orders & Customer Service_
- Pulling online orders, packaging items, and preparing orders for shipment
- Staying calm and professional, no matter the situation
- Sales_
- Working on the sales floor on Saturdays, and providing lunch break coverage Tuesday - Friday
- Performing Sales Associate/Stylist duties including greeting customers and assisting customers in the store
- Cross training on the sales floor is a great opportunity to understand the full sales cycle at Bella & Wren and allows an opportunity for the Distribution Manager to work alongside the Sales Team
- Team_
- Regular communication with Store Management and Owners
- Participating in daily morning meetings and other staff meetings as required
- Stepping up to any task or challenge that is needed to support the team
- Knowledgeable of and adheres to all Bella & Wren policies and procedures
- **Required Skills & Experience**:_
- Extensive experience using Shopify
- Proficient with Photoshop
- Superior organization and planning skills
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar retail distribution/shipping/receiving role
- Prior fashion/retail experience, a love of fashion and décor is considered an asset
- **Schedule**_
The schedule for this role is daytime shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, working 34-36 hours per week.
