We are seeking creative, dynamic, and committed teachers to join our team at W.O. Mitchell ES. W.O Mitchell is a K-8 community school with both Regular English classes as well as Early French Immersion. Each beginning teacher is assigned a more experienced teacher mentor to provide support and guidance. The school is set in a suburban community in Kanata, surrounded by parks and basic local services.

**Process for selection**:
A minimum of 3 qualified applicants will be offered an interview, including:
1. At least three (3) teachers, who are currently employed as an occasional teacher with the OCDSB, and who have the required OCT qualifications and who best meet the criteria outlined in the job posting.

2. If fewer than three (3) qualified applicants apply, all qualified applicants will be interviewed.
