Position Summary

Position Functions
- Completes detailed take-off of reinforcing steel for a variety of lump sum projects by the tender deadline
- Reviews scope of work, specifications, and addendums for respective projects to ensure accurate breakdown of material as required
- Reviews and makes changes to estimates as per post-tender addendums
- Prints drawings, reports as required in completing tender process
- Use aSa estimating software for rebar take-off, and Bluebeam Revu software for on-screen viewing and takeoff

Working Conditions
The successful incumbent will be working 40+ hours per week in an office setting as well as occasional site visits. Frequent and regular use of the computer is required as well as occasional exposure to the elements and loud noises are possible.
