**Job Title**: Projects - Floor Technician

**Department**: Operations

**Reports to**:Operations Manager

**Date Revised**: March 2023
- Operate floor machines to clean, buff, scrub, wax, burnish, polish, and refurbish all types of floor
- Operate vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and heavy debris
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
- Preparing flooring surfaces
- Perform carpet cleaning with carpet cleaning machines
- Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
- Operate and drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver products and supplies to various job sites
- Willing to do snow removal and operate plows for winter services
- Other Duties as Assigned

**Job Specification and Requirements**:

- Experience operating heavy duty floor machines and carpet cleaning machines preferred
- Experience in hot & cold pressure washing, tile and grout scrubbing, floor stripping and waxing, exterior window cleaning is an asset
- Experience with safe work practices
- Must be flexible with work schedules, last-minute changes, and tight deadlines
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 30 to 50 lbs, bend and reach to high/low places as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
