**FYSC Summer Staff**

**Position Title: Program Coordinator - 2 Positions**

Under the direction of the FYSC Board of Executive and the Summer Staff Mentor, the FYSC Program Coordinators will assist in the set up and delivery of the Competitive and Recreational Summer Soccer Programs offered by the Club.

**Expectations**
- Manage Club office
- Assist in advertising and promotion of programs offered
- Provide administrative support to volunteer coaches, team managers and the Board
- Manage registration process and data entry of individuals into provincial database
- Assist in the organization of the competitive program teams
- Create recreational program teams and schedule
- Maintain soccer sheds, canteen, balls and equipment for the recreational program
- Supervise and assist in coaching the recreational program
- Assist in the maintenance of fields, facilities and club equipment
- Contribute to organization of annual recreational program BBQ
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Competency to use computer registration software programs and perform web communications
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and a possible weekend)
- Experience with recreational sport programs is considered an asset
- Soccer coaching experience is considered an asset

**Compensation and Duration of Employment**
The positions are full time $16.00/hr., 35 hrs./week, with _approximate_ start and end dates of May 13, 2024 to August 16, 2024.
