Delta Home Solutions is a small business in North Delta, BC. We are agile and professional. We are looking for sales representative to go sell our services door to door while our techs are in the neighbourhood. Sales reps can expect to make 200 to 500 dollars in commissions daily.

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Manage and prioritize multiple customer cases simultaneously
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our QuoteIQ CRM system

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using our financial services software. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, analyze their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and document interactions in our CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service or technical support role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks is crucial for handling multiple customer cases simultaneously.

**Salary**: $160.00-$320.00 per day
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
