We are a remote American Plan Resort, located located 50 air miles North of Kenora only accessible by float plane. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with care and attention to detail with the ability to help make our clients stay remarkable.

Fishing Guide

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guiding customers daily, Participating in group shore-lunch, Loading and unloading planes, nightly dock duty (on rotation)

Experience an asset but not required; training provided

Expert knowledge in the various techniques of fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, and Musky.

The ability to navigate and target fish on Maynard Lake. You must be able to handle 16 ft boats with 40 hp tiller engines in a professional manner. The desire to be a team player is essential, along with possessing advanced communication skills. As a fishing guide, it is imperative to be dependable, energetic, responsible, and have the ability to adapt to various situations. Must possess a valid Outdoors Card and Ontario Boater's Card.

**Salary**: $6,000.00-$8,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
