Head Bartender

- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Lead bar team in serving drinks, food and customer care to the highest standards
- Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and efficiencies
- Cash handling and end of day cash drops
- Act as key holder and manager on duty when required
- Assist management with staff recruitment, training and development
- Assist management with inventory management and stock controls
- Assist team in the continuous development of beer, spirit and cocktail programs
- Liaise with suppliers and sales reps
- **Skills & Experience**_
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of beer, spirits and cocktails
- Minimum of two years working in a similar environment
- Previous supervisory/leadership role desirable but not mandatory
- Must have Serving It Right Certificate

- $19/hr plus tips
