**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to determine optimal plumbing solutions
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians, project managers and other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems
- Perform basic math calculations to measure and cut pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues
- Operate commercial driving vehicles to transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Assist with heavy lifting as required during installation and maintenance tasks
- Utilize maintenance person skills to perform general maintenance and repairs as needed
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber or in a related field
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding building codes
- Ability to assemble, install, and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- Leadership skills and the ability to work with a team

**Salary**: $25.22-$50.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
