**Position Purpose**

A crucial part of this job is communicating with the General Manager and other department managers to ensure decisions are always being made to best support production, safety, and quality demands.

A positive attitude, discernment, communication, and computer skills are crucial to this role.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate trucks and drivers while keeping an efficient delivery and pick-up schedule
- Prepare inbound and outbound customs documents to coordinate with US warehousing and freight companies
- Lead Purchasing and Customer Service Departments for all logistics related matters (excluding small parcel)
- Resolve outstanding delivery issues on a daily basis
- Maintain client relationships and perform customer service for our newly-formed Industrial Supply Division
- Professionally handle incoming inquiries (via phone and internet) from customers regarding our products and services
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding our products
- Work with the company record keeping systems including Teams and other Microsoft programs, SAP, and phone systems
- Provide general support to office departments including Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, etc as needed
- Additional tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**
- 60+ WPM
- Familiarity with SAP Business One or another mainstream ERP software package would be an asset.
- Post Secondary education in Office Administration an asset
- Extremely technically savvy with internet and general software programs
- Intermediate knowledge of food industry, organics, and herbs is considered an asset
- Knowledge of maintaining customer service portals and websites is an asset
- Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
- Ability to pass background checks
- Demonstrated passion for excellence
- Strong decision making and analytic thinking abilities
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
- Team player
