CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
- Atteindre les indicateurs clés de performance et s'efforcer d'atteindre constamment les objectifs de vente et les objectifs du programme
- Convertissez les avantages du produit en ventes - comprenez parfaitement les caractéristiques et les avantages des produits Qualcomm, y compris le matériel et les accessoires
- Augmenter les ventes aux consommateurs grâce à un engagement proactif et à des démonstrations
- Établir des partenariats et des relations durables avec le personnel du magasin
- Engagez, éduquez les vendeurs au détail et créez de l'enthousiasme pour augmenter le taux de recommandation
- Effectuer les opérations quotidiennes, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le marchandisage et l'entretien de nos affichages interactifs et la vérification du matériel promotionnel et marketing en magasin
- Rassemblez, résumez et rapportez quotidiennement via notre outil de reporting les commentaires et les activités sur le terrain et les canaux, et informez l'équipe des informations sur la concurrence
- Coordonner et exécuter périodiquement des événements spéciaux de sensibilisation et de vente
- Faire preuve d'un comportement professionnel en représentant Qualcomm et BDS Connected Solutions

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ

Expérience et formation:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
- Expérience dans l'électronique grand public et l'environnement de la vente au détail
- Expérience dans la vente et/ou l'expérience en contact avec la clientèle dans le commerce de détail

Compétences et attributs:

- Bilingue en français et en anglais
- Un intérêt marqué pour la technologie et la capacité d'apprendre rapidement de nouveaux produits et fonctionnalités
- Autonome avec un engagement fort à obtenir des résultats
- Doit être enthousiaste, prendre des initiatives, avoir une personnalité extravertie et être à l'aise dans un environnement compétitif
- Un haut niveau d'initiative avec une volonté continue d'apprendre
- Solides compétences en négociation commerciale
