This role sits within LBC Tech, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to Senior Manager, Platform Engineering Operations Support, the incumbent will be performing t the following tasks:
º Assist with scheduled/routine weekend jobs

º Providing L1/L2 support for incidents

º Raise/close tickets and assign appropriately, while monitoring and supporting till incident is resolved.

º Liaise with L3/L4 team for assistance.

º Join/Initiate bridge calls for incident resolution

º Runbook documentation and proper storage

º Ability to progress to L3 support

**Qualifications**:
º University degree with 2 - 4 years of related work experience in a mainframe or mid-range computer environment or

º College Diploma and 3 to 6 years of related work experience in a mainframe or mid-range computer environment

º Ability to organize and prioritize jobs to be processed.

º Ability to exercise sound judgment in performing job duties.

º Bilingual (English/French) communication skills are an asset.

Specific Skills:
º Knowledge of JIRA

º Knowledge of ServiceNow

º Knowledge of Unix, WebSphere, Linux

º Programming knowledge (Java, Python)

º Web development

º Unix shell scripting

º SQL Query knowledge
