Gymnastics Coach

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing personalized educational support. **Duties**:

- Provide small gymnastics lessons to students to children aged 4+
- Assess students' learning needs and develop customized lesson plans to address their specific areas of improvement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their love and understanding of gymnastics
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence building.

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge in Gymnastics and technical skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with students.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

**Salary**: $30.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week

- Gymnastics: 10 years (preferred)
