Landscape Technician

**Join Our Team at Nature's View Landscapes**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Safely transport and operate skid steers and wheel loaders for various tasks, including snow removal and dirt work.
- Safely load and deliver materials to various job sites throughout central Alberta.
- Perform general equipment maintenance, including greasing and oil changes.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on job sites and with customers.
- Hardscape construction labour including lifting up to 80 lbs as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Class 5 driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Experience loading, operating, and transporting skid steers and/or wheel loaders in all weather conditions (snow, rain etc.).
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts as needed due to seasonal changes and specific job requirements.
- Professional and personable attitude towards clients and team members.
**Preferred Experience (but not required)**:
- Commercial snow removal
- Stone patios
- Retaining walls
- Laying sod
- Weed control
- Pruning
**Compensation**:
Wages are competitive and will be determined based on your experience and skill level.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
