We currently have an urgent need to train and hire **shop Grinders and helpers.** No experience required; we will train So, what does a person looking to get into the shop at Paramount need?

**Requirements**:
A good attitude, willing to learn, reliable.

Wait that’s it? Yes we will train you to be the best you can be. We just want good people

**Job duties**:
New shop staff will learn to use some hand tools, fasteners, hardware or work on machines to build amazing sheet metal parts for our customers.

**Compensation**:
We will train and start you at our entry level wage if you have no experience $17/hr. But if you have experience come interview us, we would love to hear from you and what you can bring to the team with experience. Some experienced shop staff can make up to 24$ an hour or more

**Shifts**:
We are very flexible at Paramount and want to ensure our team members can pick up their kids, spend time with their families and have the flexibility to work and make their personal commitments. Our standard Day shift is 6:00am-2:30pm Monday to Friday and our evening shift is 2:30pm to 1:30 am. However, if you need to start at a different time we will try to accommodate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
