Transition Services Conseils œuvre à titre de partenaire-conseils dans le domaine de la transformation numérique et des ressources informationnelles depuis plus de 20 ans. Nous offrons une gamme élargie de services en gestion et en optimisation des TI et des organisations.

**Vos responsa**
**bilités**:

- Sapproprier et à réaliser les canevas de développement ainsi que les services communs en place;
- Conseiller les équipes de projets au niveau des bonnes pratiques;
- Élaborer, en totalité ou en partie, les dossiers darchitecture organique;
- Effectuer le suivi des activités organiques selon le canevas de développement en place;
- Conseiller et renseigner les analystes organiques et développeurs sur les méthodes à suivre et la façon daborder les problématiques;
- Effectuer la revue de code afin de valider le respect du canevas de développement et la bonne utilisation des services communs en place;
- Élaborer les diagrammes UML requis;
- Sassurer du respect des échéanciers des mandats à sa charge;
- Participer aux rencontres de suivi de léquipe de réalisation et faire part de son niveau davancement, davenues de solution et/ou de problèmes pouvant compromettre les échéanciers ou la réalisation du projet;
- Effectuer le transfert des connaissances aux ressources internes.
