Top-producing, real estate team in Mississauga, Brampton,for 21 Years in the Business, As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and connecting with our target audience through various social media platforms. This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in social media marketing and sales to learn and grow within a dynamic team. Looking for an experienced / Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and marketing.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Content Creation**: Based on the managers feedback and current trends, create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics. Demographic is 21+ Years of Real Estate Industry Knowledge is a plus but passion is required. **This requires appearing in the videos from time to time.**

**Scheduling and Posting**: Plan and schedule social media posts using content calendars to maintain a consistent online presence across multiple platforms. Experience with Postly is a plus.

**Community Engagement**: Interact with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering positive relationships with our audience.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, gather insights, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

**Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, parts, service and sales, to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging across all channels.

**Content Calendar Management**: Assist in the development and maintenance of a content calendar, ensuring content is planned strategically to align with company goals and events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Pursuing or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong passion for and understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices on replying to clients.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (multiple languages is a plus)
- Basic graphic design skills (you will have access to our lead designer)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with many departments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive and creative mindset.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, sprout social) is a plus.
- Clean G-class drivers license OR able to commute on a timely manner.
- Real Estate Brokerage as Office Administrator and Social Media Marketing Experience would be an asset.
- Must be proficient with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TIKTOK, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Must have working knowledge Adobe Premier Pro, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and feedly Etc.
- Working knowledge of TREB, Web Forms and real estate databases (such as Geowarehouse, skyslope, docusigns, agent locator, KVCORE or Top Producer) would be an asset

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
