L’aumônier correctionnel sera chargé de fournir des services religieux et spirituels aux délinquants fédéraux de toutes confessions résidant dans les établissements du SCC.
- Organiser, diriger, faciliter et coordonner des services religieux, des rites, des rituels et des activités d'éducation spirituelle appropriés aux délinquants, qui comprennent a) des services religieux pertinents pour le milieu correctionnel b) en consultation avec des représentants officiels de la communauté confessionnelle, des services religieux, des lieux saints. jours et jours et saisons importants c) Répondre aux crises et aux situations particulières propres à l'environnement correctionnel d) Créer et maintenir une atmosphère au sein des espaces sacrés de l'établissement qui permet à toutes les communautés religieuses d'utiliser respectueusement ces espaces e) Diriger et faciliter la prière, l'étude, et groupes de croissance personnelle f) Concevoir, développer, diriger et évaluer des programmes et des activités religieuses

Cela comprend le recrutement et la formation de bénévoles pour le travail d'aumônerie correctionnelle en : a) Acceptant des invitations à prendre la parole lors de rassemblements religieux/spirituels et en agissant comme personne ressource lors des réunions communautaires. b) Rencontre avec les chefs religieux et spirituels locaux. c) Recruter, sélectionner et former des bénévoles appropriés pour participer à

- Maintenir une collecte et une évaluation de données précises pour garantir la conformité du contrat et l'évaluation de la prestation efficace des services d'aumônerie.

L’aumônier correctionnel sera chargé de fournir des services religieux et spirituels aux délinquants fédéraux de toutes confessions résidant dans les établissements du SCC.

**Expérience requise** : Au moins trois ans d'expérience dans la prestation de services religieux/spirituels continus/continus en tant que représentant officiel qualifié, professionnel et de leur foi ou communauté spirituelle.

**Exigences en matière de formation** : Baccalauréat en études religieuses ou dans une discipline comparable d'un collège ou d'une université accréditée, de préférence.

**Une ordination ou un permis délivré par un organisme mandant reconnu est requis. Doit être un QPOR**
