Jr. Estimator

Industrial Floor Systems is a national contractor that specializes in concrete polishing, restoration and epoxy flooring for industrial, commercial and institutional projects. We are looking to expand our Estimator team. This job requires this individual to meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services, follow up with prospective customers. Prepare and complete estimates with a detailed review of proposal specifications, drawings, quantity take-off in Planswift, costing, generation of proposal documents, and contract review.

We need you to work independently as well as collaborate with your team, have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, customer service skills, computer skills, and experience working in sales. Experience in construction would be an asset.

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Concrete & Epoxy flooring: 1 year (preferred)
- Outside sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
