**Who are we?**

We are Praguery, a unique ice cream bakery on wheels. Soft-serve ice cream and freshly-baked Chimney Cakes (Trdelnik) are our specialities. We are proud of our house-made fillings, toppings, and doughs from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients, as well as our timely and hospitable service for our customers.

We are now looking for a supervisor to turn our Sea-to-sky Gondola location into a permanent location to serve the tourists, and locals alike, of Squamish our delicious products.

**Location & Operating time**:
Base camp of Sea-to-sky Gondola

36800 BC-99, Squamish, BC V8B 0B6

June-September operation: 10:30am - 6:45pm (Weekdays); 10:30am - 8:45pm (Weekends)

**Who are we looking for?**
- Operating/Supervising the daily operation of the food truck, varying from setting up the truck for opening, to making the products, handling cash, serving ice cream, to closing up shop after operation;
- Training new employees;
- Managing truck inventory: ordering for weekly delivery to truck/storage site; transferring ingredients from local storage site to the truck;
- Maintaining the functionality, and cleanliness of the truck;
- Leading the team by example with a steady presence at the workplace during shifts, and providing support for the team;
- Friendly communication with customers, including solving problems, and making quick operational decisions in rush hours;
- Maintaining good channels of communication among the team, and between the local team and the headquarter;
**Job Requirements**:

- English fluency;
- Reliable transportation to Sea-to-sky Gondola (driving preferred);
- Leadership skill;
- At times must be able to operate comfortably alone;
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time;
- Able to fulfill supervisory responsibilities in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexible availability, with weekend availability;
- Positive attitude;
- Experience in similar roles is an asset;
- Experience working in food and beverages services (2 years+, required);
- Driver’s License (required);
- FoodSafe lv1 (preferred).

**Compensation**:
Start: $20/hour + TIPS
