**QTAS Analyst**

**Role definition**: The Quality Technical Affairs and Sustainability Analyst is responsible for data compiling/curation, developing databases, analyzing/investigating data to provide insights, support data driven decision making and providing data visualization on multiple platforms. The role also involves monitoring data with regular updating to mitigate risks and support enforcement/ compliance requirements.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- **Data Analysis and Visualization**:Leverage advanced statistical methods and data visualization tools to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.**:

- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Data Extraction and Transformation: Extract, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for analysis
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models to support business objectives, such as forecasting, and trend analysis
- Data Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain data quality standards, perform data quality checks, and recommend improvements to data collection and storage processes, provide annual Quality Improvement Plan
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis methodologies, data sources, and assumptions for reproducibility and transparency
- Data Health/Quality and Digital Evolution** ** Facilitate movement of data sources to a centralized CFO Analytics database and create reports in the CFO Analytics hub

- Participate in the consideration and planning of CFO Connects Platform development initiatives
- Work alongside internal business counterparts to gather, define, monitor flock performance and report generation
- Assist in CFO’s digital evolution through data cataloging
- Advance Production Sustainability & Flock Performance

Gather data and develop presentations and reporting, conduct data analyses and monitoring of key performance indicators
- Support management decision making by designing queries, analyzing and interpreting results, and assessing data quality issues
- Assist in SOP development and keeping project on-track using applicable project management tools
- **Risk/ Issues Management** **Actively participate in response and recovery in emergency situations through data analyses and documentation**:

- Assist in CFO’s disease risk mitigation, conduct data analysis that strengthens CFO’s ability to respond to diseases risk
- Work alongside internal business counterparts to gather, define, monitor and conduct analyses that supports risks mitigation
- Strategic Initiatives:
As appropriate, provide support to strategic initiatives aimed at evolving the system - those relating to production quality, safety, efficiency and risk management
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**:Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, and proven demonstrable skills and experience.

**Key Skills/Knowledge Required**
- Minimum of three years of related work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to adapt and to learn
- Proven ability to present and communicate both written and verbally
- Ability to work independently and regularly handle non-routine situations
- Excellent team player with demonstrated ability to develop productive working relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects
