Job Opportunity: Overnight Viennoiserie Baker

Join our passionate team at a French patisserie located in downtown Toronto We're seeking a dedicated Baker specializing in viennoiserie to work overnight/Early morning shifts. Able to create high-quality laminated Dough and brioche products from scratch.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of baking experience, with a focus on viennoiserie
- Reliable, hardworking, and knowledgeable in the art of pastry-making
- Ability to craft exquisite viennoiseries from scratch
- Overnight availability with convenient overnight parking

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a strong work ethic.
- Have basic knowledge of the production process for cookies, sandwiches and cakes.
- Have experience mixing doughs and preparing fillings.
- Be able to follow production schedules.
- Have good communication skills.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
