We are in search of skilled **Oven operator** who is highly organized and able to operate a large scale bread manufacturing equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate ovens/proffers and other baking equipment according to specified recipes
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper consistency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

**Skills**:

- Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot baking equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to recipes accurately
- Attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and safety standards

**Shift available**:Afternoon _(3pm to 11pm)_, Night _(11pm to 7am)_

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M9M 2X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
