The Admissions Coordinator must ability to adapt to new technology and ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

**Job Duties**
- Prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence such as invoices, presentations, flight bookings, tours, donations and memberships
- Act as a first point of contact and provide general information to staff, clients, and the public relating to their questions, concerns, or suggestions
- Assist in answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Assist the Retail Manager in best practices that effectively implement Museum policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and booking information
- Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing
- Present a positive and professional image of the Museum when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders
- Schedule and confirm appointments and tour bookings
- Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32-42 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend

Work Location: In person
