Nous recherchons un Directeur, Assurance des particuliers, pour notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Développer des méthodes pour inspirer et construire une équipe hautement efficace et engagée capable de répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs grâce à un leadership efficace.
- Élaborer, recommander et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de leadership, une structure organisationnelle et des initiatives d'amélioration des processus et de la technologie.
- Organiser, diriger et aider à la réalisation des audits corporatifs de chacune des régions au sein de la division régionale.
- Assurer la liaison avec la Facility Association pour les audits RSP et autres exigences RSP.
- Assurer un leadership efficace en tenant continuellement le personnel informé des initiatives et des résultats et en partageant la responsabilité de la performance globale, de la productivité et de l'engagement des membres de l'équipe.
- Développer et gérer des relations de travail efficaces avec les directeurs régionaux et les souscripteurs, ainsi qu'avec vos homologues à travers le pays et à travers les canaux de distribution.
- Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de l'assurance des personnes corporatives en liaison avec les opérations et la planification, la performance opérationnelle, le développement des ventes et des affaires et la gestion des réclamations sur les questions de planification, techniques et administratives.
- Jouer un rôle clé et actif dans le processus de sélection et d'embauche de personnel qualifié.
- Montrer l'exemple et vivre nos valeurs au quotidien.
- Prendre soin des gens en les soutenant, en fournissant des commentaires francs et en reconnaissant les performances.
- Soyez ouvert et honnête en reconnaissant les situations difficiles, en invitant à différentes perspectives et en étant authentique.

- Doit être capable de surveiller les pratiques concurrentielles, les tendances de l'industrie ou d'autres développements ayant une incidence sur les résultats commerciaux et de faire des recommandations concernant les pratiques de l'entreprise.
- Solides compétences en communication et capacité à favoriser et à maintenir des relations professionnelles efficaces à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Expérience en gestion de personnes et/ou de projets avec de solides compétences en collaboration, en coaching et en mentorat, et un succès avéré dans la constitution d'équipes et la gestion des relations avec une équipe à distance.
- Solides capacités de pensée critique et d'analyse avec un aperçu des différentes perspectives et approches.
- Capacité à maîtriser plusieurs priorités sous des contraintes de temps avec un sentiment d'urgence.
- CIP ou FCIP de préférence.
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
