**Job title: Sales/CSD Internship**

**Location: North York, ON (Hybrid)**

**Position Summary**
We are seeking out a talented Sales Intern working with the Category Shopper Development corporate team located at our Head Office in North York. This position will be working on various projects and working with our internal category management teams to plan and report on category performance and shopper insights.

**A day in the life of a Sales Intern**

**You will also**:

- Assist with analytics, reporting, and various special projects for a CSD team.
- Exposure to cross functional teams on broad projects, as well as the category management vendor community.
- Opportunities to make meaningful contributions to our categories and brands through purposeful projects, initiatives and reporting.
- Exposure to Shopper Insight tools and reporting.
- Exposure to strategic revenue management processes and reporting.
- Gain a solid understanding of the total category management function from planning to operational implementation.

**What will make you successful?**

**You will also**:

- Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year University degree program (BA or Business Administration)
- Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 and above is considered an asset.
- Previous Sales experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Have the ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
- Be able to showcase excellent communication and organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Be passionate to build and grow brands, with ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Involvement in extracurricular activities, which demonstrate initiative and leadership.
- Self-motivated, results focused, agile, innovative, and intellectually curious.
- Fast learner, and must be comfortable working within a dynamic, challenging environment.
- A results and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI).
