**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Conduct research to develop new chemical products or improve existing ones
- Fabricate compounds, solutions, and mixtures following standard procedures
- Perform Quality Control tests on raw materials and finished products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development efforts
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and methodologies used
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in conducting research and analysis
- Experience in Lubricants
- Ability to fabricate chemical compounds accurately
- Strong understanding of Quality Control processes
- Experience in product development within a laboratory environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
