Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Required skills will include
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software (Avimark) for scheduling appointments and managing client records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
