Hand-soldering and Assembly Technician

**We are a fast growing LED lighting manufacturer looking for full-time Precision Hand-soldering Technicians to join our team where you can learn and develop yourself. **Main Responsibilities**:
- Perform soldering, assembly, and quality control operations
- Read work orders, and follow all applicable company procedures, production procedures and test procedures.
- Perform immediate assembly tasks to complete the assembly of production units, including but not limited to: crimping, soldering, screwing, using adhesives, UV curing, wiring and mounting.
- Test units or sub-assemblies using test equipment, test software, or test fixtures.
- Work within different workstations as required by Team Leads and/or Production Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of electronics soldering and assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, and assembly drawings.
- Good English communication skills.
- Hand-soldering skills
- Precise manual dexterity for work with small parts
- Knowledge of power supply drivers preferred

**Salary**:
$17.00-$21.00 per hour
