**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized assistance in selecting bridal gowns and accessories, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos to showcase the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and appointments professionally.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor to enhance the overall shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold the company's standards of service excellence.

**Skills**:

- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
- Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in the bridal or fashion industry, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in technical sales techniques to showcase product features and benefits effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 per week
