Moore Flooring and Design is a family owned and operated innovative, on trend flooring retailer established in 1989. We provide our clients with exceptional products, design assistance, and installation services.We are looking for individuals who understand dedication to customer service is paramount to our successful business.If you are a passionate, motivated self starter who is interested in being a team player we would love to hear from you.As a Sales Associate and part of our team your role and responsibility would be as follows:

- Site measurers, Preparing quotes and following up with clients.
- Maintain our pristine showroom, paying attention to display updates, pricing and samples.
- Reviewing orders, sending invoices, and handling client questions and concerns.

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

- 1-3 years experience in Customer Service, Project management, sales, or other related fields.
- Design experience is an asset
- Ability to manage customer relationships
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and work under pressure
- Multitask and work with a tight schedule
- Valid Driver License, clean abstract

Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am
- 5:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, possibly Sundays (day off during the week)
